In recent years, due to the high cost of lithium-ion batteries and the shortage of lithium resources, sodium ion batteries are expected to be widely used in low-speed electric vehicles, distributed energy storage, and large-scale energy storage fields with abundant resources, low cost, and high cost-effectiveness. To further promote the research, innovation, and technological progress of solid-state batteries and sodium ion batteries in China, the "Third China Solid State Battery Technology Innovation and Industrialization Application Seminar and 2023 China Sodium Battery Technology Innovation and Industrialization Summit Forum" jointly organized by "Lithium Battery Frontiers" and "Sodium Battery Materials" was held at the Shangri La Hotel in Suzhou from July 10 to 12, 2023.
