Responsibilities :

Cooperate with engineers to debug, improve, and maintain production line equipment; 

●  Responsible for the emergency repair of production equipment and power facilities, timely understanding of the production line situation, and resolving production line shutdown faults.

●  Responsible for timely maintenance and emergency repair of the company's production line equipment, summarizing emergency repair experience, and forming readable and saved repair examples.

●  Responsible for AM&PM maintenance of production equipment, implementing the implementation of equipment maintenance system, promptly raising and improving existing problems;

●  Responsible for the installation and debugging of new equipment, and responsible for training operators to operate the equipment safely, ensuring the safe and standardized operation of equipment and personnel.

●  Responsible for updating and improving preventive and predictive maintenance documents for production equipment, uploading and saving equipment maintenance content, regularly analyzing, summarizing, and summarizing to ensure long-term stable operation of equipment;

●  Complete other work tasks assigned by the leader;

Requirement:

●  College degree or above, with at least 3 years of experience in maintenance and repair of automotive electronic component production lines, familiar with the workflow of automotive electronic control production lines· Having experience in maintenance and repair of PLC, industrial cameras, servo motors, cylinders, robots, etc., able to use electrician maintenance and testing tools such as multimeter· Good basic knowledge of electricians, with a low-voltage electrician operation certificate, familiar with Siemens PLC programming language, able to read electrical diagrams, and experience in maintaining automotive chassis wire control production lines is preferred;
